$250 - 2 hours

A two-hour appointment in the home dedicated to creating a home staging plan for home sellers to self-execute styling techniques, room by room.

• Full home walk-through (interior & exterior) with home seller or agent
• Custom report with suggested updates, furniture arrangement, paint color selections, curb appeal enhancements, and decor and accessory suggestions for each space

$500 - 4 hours (starting)

Everything in Walk & Talk package plus:

• Two hours of hands-on home staging and styling assistance throughout the home
• Decluttering & depersonalizing
• Styling and staging of the home including art re-hanging, lighting design, and accessories
• Furniture editing & rearrangement
• Total staging hours needed and rooms targeted determined in partnership with home seller

$650 - 4+ hours (starting)

Everything in Walk & Talk and ReStyle home staging packages plus:

• Personal shopping and staging of new accessories and decor pieces to enhance overall styling of the home
• Art, lighting, rugs, plants, etc.
• Shopping list and project budget determined in partnership with home seller
